Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms are between you and huddles.ai (“Norra AI”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Norra AI app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Norra AI. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. What Norra AI is

Norra AI takes a photograph of a room and returns an image of how that room could look in a different style. You choose the style, the room type, and whether the app should redesign the room, rearrange what is already in it, or change the paint.

Norra AI is a visualisation tool. It is not:

• an architectural, structural, engineering, or building service, and a render is not a plan anyone should build from;
• professional advice of any kind — including design, surveying, safety, valuation, or legal advice;
• a shop, a catalogue, or a quotation. Nothing in a render is for sale, and we do not price anything you see in one;
• a person. Every render is generated by an AI model.

4. AI-generated renders

Renders are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate, implausible, or physically impossible. Treat one as a mood board, not a measurement.

• Furniture in a render may not exist. The model invents objects. It is not selecting from a catalogue, and we make no claim that anything shown can be bought, or that it would fit, or that it would look like that in your room.
• Dimensions, materials and lighting are approximations. Do not order, commission, or build anything on the strength of a render without checking it yourself.
• The app asks the renderer to hold the room’s architecture and viewpoint still, but this is guidance to a model, not a guarantee. Walls, windows and proportions can still shift.
• Renders may be similar or identical between users. They are not unique to you.
• We don’t guarantee that a render will suit your room, or that it will achieve any particular outcome.

5. No account, and your photographs

Norra AI has no account and no sign-in. Nothing you do in the app is tied to an identity we hold, and there is nothing for you to log into or for us to lock you out of.

The practical consequence is that your rooms live on your phone alone. We cannot recover a saved room for you, move one to a new device, or restore anything after you delete the app — we do not have a copy. If a room matters to you, save the image out of the app and keep it somewhere you control.

You are responsible for the photographs you put into the app. See section 7 for what you must not submit.

6. Subscriptions, free trial and billing

Norra AI is free to try and is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store.

• There is no free plan. Norra AI is a subscription. The app cannot be used without one, and every subscription opens with the free trial described below.
• Free trial: new subscribers get a 3-day free trial, which includes 5 redesigns and every premium style. There is no daily limit: the five are yours to use whenever you like across the three days, and once they are gone the trial is spent even if days remain. Fewer than the subscription it becomes — the trial is there to show you what the app does, in whatever time you want to give it. If you do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription, the full weekly allowance below begins, and you will be charged.
• Plans and prices: $49.99 per year or $4.99 per week. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region and over time.
• Allowance: a subscription includes 15 redesigns per week, with no daily limit — use them at whatever pace suits you. It is a rolling window rather than a calendar one: a redesign becomes available again once the one that used it passes out of the window. Allowances do not carry over. They keep the service fast and fair for everyone; we may adjust them, and the app always shows what you have left.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Apple is the seller of record. We cannot issue refunds. Refund requests are at Apple’s discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes: we may change prices. Changes won’t affect a period you’ve already paid for, and Apple will ask you to confirm before any increased price takes effect.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Norra AI to:

• submit a photograph you do not have the right to submit — including the inside of someone else’s home, or a property you are not entitled to photograph;
• submit photographs of people, or of anyone’s documents, screens, correspondence, or other private information that happens to be in the room;
• submit photographs of children;
• generate sexual content, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
• present a render as a photograph of a real place, or as an architectural or surveying document, to mislead a buyer, tenant, insurer, or authority;
• harass, defame, or deceive anyone;
• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• reverse-engineer the app, extract its prompts or models, or use it to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches this section. Google applies its own safety filters to every render, and a photograph that trips one is refused before we see it.

8. Content and intellectual property

• What you put in stays yours. You keep ownership of the photographs you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to produce the render you asked for.
• What comes out is yours. To the extent we hold any rights in the renders generated for you, we assign them to you. You are responsible for how you use them.
• The app is ours. The Norra AI app, its name, design, styles, prompts and content (other than your photographs and your renders) belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law.
• You confirm you have the right to submit every photograph you provide.
• A render is produced by a third-party model from your photograph, and your use of it is also subject to Google’s own terms for generated output.

9. Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Norra AI at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but can’t always do so. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Rendering depends on Google’s service, and it can be slow, rate-limited, or unavailable for reasons outside our control.

10. Termination

You may stop using Norra AI at any time by deleting the app, which deletes the rooms stored on that device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the service. Deleting the app does not cancel your Apple subscription — cancel that separately as described in section 6.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norra AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. If you’re in the EU or UK, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of Norra AI — including any money you spend on decorating, furnishing, or building work undertaken on the strength of a render.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

This section does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws there.

14. Apple

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Norra AI or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for Norra AI.
• If Norra AI fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to Norra AI, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving third-party intellectual property claims relating to Norra AI.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we’ll notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Norra AI after that means you accept the updated Terms.
