Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms are between you and huddles.ai (“Cue AI”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using the Cue AI app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.

2. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cue AI. By using it you confirm that you are.

3. What Cue AI is

Cue AI suggests text-message replies using artificial intelligence. You give it a conversation, a goal and a tone; it returns suggested messages you can choose to send.

Cue AI is a writing tool. It is not:

• a dating service, matchmaking service, or a way to meet people;
• professional advice of any kind — including relationship, psychological, legal, or medical advice;
• a person. Every suggestion is generated by an AI model.

4. AI-generated content

Suggestions are generated by an AI model and may be wrong, inappropriate, or misleading. You should not rely on factual statements in a suggestion without checking them yourself.

• You decide what to send. Nothing is sent to anyone on your behalf. You are solely responsible for any message you choose to send and for its consequences.
• Suggestions may be similar or identical between users. They are not unique to you.
• We don’t guarantee that a suggestion will be appropriate to your situation, or that it will achieve any particular outcome.

5. Your account

You need an account to use Cue AI. Keep your login details secure and don’t share your account. Tell us promptly at info@huddlesai.com if you think someone else has accessed it. You’re responsible for activity under your account.

6. Subscriptions, free trial and billing

Cue AI is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store.

• Free trial: new subscribers get a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and you will be charged.
• Plans and prices: $8.99 per week, $19.99 per month, or $59.99 per year. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region and over time.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling: manage or cancel in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Apple is the seller of record. We cannot issue refunds. Refund requests are at Apple’s discretion via reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes: we may change prices. Changes won’t affect a period you’ve already paid for, and Apple will ask you to confirm before any increased price takes effect.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Cue AI to:

• harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, defame, or deceive anyone;
• pursue or communicate with a minor in a romantic or sexual way, or generate sexual content involving minors;
• impersonate another person, or misrepresent an AI-generated message as coming from someone else;
• generate sexually explicit content, hate speech, or content that promotes violence or self-harm;
• send bulk, automated, or spam messages, or run the app on behalf of many users;
• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• reverse-engineer the app, extract its prompts or models, or use it to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

8. Content and intellectual property

• What you put in stays yours. You keep ownership of the conversations, notes, and writing samples you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the app.
• What comes out is yours. To the extent we hold any rights in the suggestions generated for you, we assign them to you. You are responsible for how you use them.
• The app is ours. The Cue AI app, its name, design, and content (other than your material and the suggestions) belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law.
• You confirm you have the right to submit the content you provide, including messages written by other people.

9. Service availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Cue AI at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes but can’t always do so. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that rely on third-party services may be affected by their availability.

10. Termination

You may stop using Cue AI at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we stop offering the service. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription — cancel that separately as described in section 6.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cue AI is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law. If you’re in the EU or UK, your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or reputation, arising from your use of Cue AI — including anything that results from a message you chose to send.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.

This section does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may also bring proceedings in your country of residence, and you keep the protection of the mandatory laws there.

14. Apple

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Cue AI or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide support for Cue AI.
• If Cue AI fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to Cue AI, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating or resolving third-party intellectual property claims relating to Cue AI.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we’ll notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Cue AI after that means you accept the updated Terms.
